County Fair!

On Saturday we headed to our first tn county fair and we had a blast! It wasn't too hot, and by that I mean only around 92 degrees :) We went with our friend Lena, Bella, and Sophie.  The girls loved all the animals and Liv and Maddie had no fear when it came to petting goats, sheep's and pigs. I was a little worried putting Maddie in the pen with the goats and sheep, however she went right over ans started petting and trying to climb on top of the poor baby goat and sheep. Olivia loved riding the pony and we decided that she will have to start horse lessons since she is such a natural! The kids all ate about 2 tons of cotton candy and 3 gallons of water due to the heat. Maddie was awake until about 1 and took a nice long nap in the stroller and on the way home. They had a Home Depot station which the kids made little tool box's with the help of their staff.  They also watched a magic show and sang along with a pretend elephant ( which they did the chicken dance too!?!) Liv loved all the kidding rides, and Maddie next year will be old enough to ride them so that will be fun... It was a great day spent at the fair and a success when all the kids fell asleep on the ride home:)
